Vulcan-Hart ET100 100 gal Stationary Electric Kettle The Vulcan 100 gallon Stationary Electric Kettle (ET100) is a fully-jacketed model with a fully stainless steel construction. Stainless steel means a longer lasting machine that is easy to clean and will not fall victim to rust and corrosion that can commonly appear in a commercial kitchen. A graduated measuring rod comes standard with the kettle to ensure consistency and a vacuum pressure relief valve guarantees a safe piece of equipment at all times. The kettle is sloped at the bottom to guide all liquids into the draw-off valve in a complete and efficient manner. The unit is also fixed with a dome-shaped stainless steel spring assist cover complete with a condensate ring as well as a stainless steel draw-off valve strainer to help with emptying the kettle. Features: Fully steam jacketed, Draw-off opening strainer, Fully stainless steel construction, Main and simmer steam supply valve, 2” diameter legs with adjustable flange feet.
