The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel with a 316 stainless steel interior added for increased rust and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the kettle is shaped into a hemispherical design to better conduct heat and better cook foods. This stationary model includes a 2-inch draw-off valve and a hinged, spring-assist cover. A factory-sealed water enclosure means this kettle will remain is great working condition for ages in your commercial kitchen, and its small 30 gallon capacity makes it easy to place anywhere for smaller jobs.
