Southbend KECT-20 20 gal Tilting Electric Countertop Steam Kettle The 20 gal Tilting Electric Countertop Steam Kettle (KECT-20) is a remarkably efficient and robust countertop steam kettle from Southbend. The kettle features a 20 gallon capacity which gives you an incredible amount of cooking space, and it is expertly manufactured using incredibly durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a double wall kettle interior which forms a jacket of steam around the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The interior of the jacket is filled with distilled water and sealed by the factory to prevent any possible contamination. Additionally, the 12 kW heating elements will allow the kettle to cook up to 290°F at a maximum pressure of 50 psi. Features : Steam tap and control valve, Removable handle with heat resistant knob, Kettle liner constructed from exceptionally durable 316 stainless steel.
