My only complaints so far are as follows:
-really short cord - I got this to use at work and we have a power strip with a microwave, coffee maker and fridge all plugged into it, and I can't get the cord to the power strip without it going across the top corner and side of the microwave - I think the cord is ~24" long...
-min water level - is 1L! Our water is not that great and our office doesn't have filtered or bottled water, so I usually bring my own filtered water with me, and usually am riding a bike or walking (water is not light to carry) - so I had to go buy some water the first day I used it because I did not bring an extra liter of water...although I may try it with less water because it seems wasteful to boil that much water for a cup of tea!

tea kettle - Louis E. Netterville - Moncks Corner, SC
This is the best tea kettle that I have ever owned. I recommend it to all my friends and famly. all that have gotten one, love it.

worked great for a few months, then started leaking and the screen disintegrated - J. Karalius -
Picked this up at Costco, worked great for our coffee press and the little one could make her instant oatmeal in the morning, but soon started leaking water out of the handle (probably around the inlet port for the fluid level gauge). I took a closer look and also noticed the filter screen at the spout had corroded and begun to disintegrate. Our water is good water from a local reservoir, no reason to believe it was anything other than poor design.
