The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel including the interior and control housing for increased rust and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the kettle is shaped into a hemispherical design to better conduct heat and better cook foods. This stationary model includes a 2-inch draw-off valve and a hinged, spring-assist cover. A factory-sealed water enclosure means this kettle will remain is great working condition for ages in your commercial kitchen, and its mid-sized 40 gallon capacity makes it great for virtually any operation.
