Reviews

I purchased this hot water pot 2 years ago from Amazon.

During this time it has received daily use by all members of my household and worked reliably with respect to both the internal heating mechanism and the button display on the control panel.

The products is priced very competitively against the Japanese manufacturers. I was at first concerned that the low price point may have been achieved at the expense of quality control, but two years of use have proved otherwise.

Nice product, nice price!

Good until it isn't - E. Ivanovich - Southern CA
I was happy to spend less money than the Zojirushi counterpart, but I have had to replace two in the time it took for my original Zoirushi to wear out. The thing that concerns me the most with this product, is that I am noticing rust spots in the seams at the bottom and along the upper lip of the metal inside.
